has 26 years of experience as a tradesman with the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsmen Union and has extensive knowledge of bricklaying, natural stone and restoration work. He has worked on many landmark structures including the U.S. Capitol, Empire State building and Chrysler building and participated in the cleanup at the World Trade Center site after 9/11. He joined Edison Job Corps as the Bricklaying instructor to make a difference in the lives of young people with whom he shares many similar early experiences. Scottie focuses his training on providing students with the best possible opportunities for success in life.
