Before Dawan Heard joined the Little Rock Job Corps team in 2010, Dawan worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, which included time as the executive sous chef at one of Little Rock’s top restaurants. Dawan is passionate about teaching his students culinary arts and inspiring them to pursue success.
