worked in education for over 25 years before continuing his career as a Mathematics instructor at Wind River Job Corps Center. He has experience teaching students of  all ages from kindergarten to college. Fred’s background makes him uniquely attuned to the variety of needs of our students.

, Building Construction Technologies instructor, has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry and is an affiliate of the Home Builders Institute. Mark has worked with Westover Job Corps Center for 15 years. He enjoys teaching and training our trainees for successful careers.

, Welding instructor, has over 26 years of experience working in the industry. Since he joined the Westover Job Corps team in 2017, Matthew has enjoyed teaching because he is able to help others grow and give back. His professional licensing includes certification in metal inert gas, tungsten inert gas, arc welding and flux cored arc welding. He is dedicated to giving students every opportunity to have a successful career in the welding industry.

has over 40 years of experience in the food service industry. He is an award-winning executive chef and restaurant proprietor and has taught Culinary Arts at Westover Job Corps Center since 2013. Chef Dell’Olio earned his degree in vocational education from Westfield State University and is a certified instructor for the National Restaurant Association.

is the lead Carpentry instructor and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is an affiliate of the United Brotherhood Carpenters of America and takes pride in teaching students life and work skills that will help them be successful in the future.

is a full-time Driver’s Education instructor at Westover Job Corps Center. He is bilingual in English and Portuguese. Gualter is responsible for training new drivers and assisting students with getting their learner’s permits, as well as behind-the-wheel training with veteran students to pass their road tests. He also makes sure Westover’s standards for Driver’s Education surpass those of the state of Massachusetts.

is a full-time High School Diploma instructor. He has worked in public and private settings and is dedicated to seeing his students succeed. Haven works in close partnership with our Penn Foster College liaison to get our students enrolled and, on their way, to earning HSDs.
