His professional experience includes multiple roles in utility line clearance and experience with several commercial tree care companies. Before starting at Angell Job Corps, Bryce owned and operated a residential/commercial tree care company.

Matthew Griffith - Carpentry - Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center

Matthew Griffith

has a background as a union exterior/interior specialist carpenter. During his time in the job field, he worked on high-rises, remodels, exterior and interior steel framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors and hardware, and wood finishes. Matthew loves being able to teach and watch young adults grow and do things they didn’t think they could. Matthew no longer builds buildings; he builds carpenters.

lead Carpentry instructor at Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center and has been a union carpenter for over a decade. In our pre-apprentice program, Tissi teaches concrete forms, metal and wood framing, roof framing, floor framing, drywall, power tools, and many other skills.

is a Home Builders Institute Plumbing instructor at Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center. His professional background includes experience as a plumber, boiler technician and a boiler business owner. Michael was also an operations manager for a radiant floor heating company. He enjoys teaching because he is able to give back and help people grow.
